The 500 Series is a perfect piece of equipment for the Shooting and Archery enthusiast. This exciting platform molded from high-grade stainless steel, benefits from years of frame-design experience. In 2017 the 500 Series is also available with an upgraded frame architecture using Carbon Fiber. The frame design provides a completely unobstructed sight picture and a perfectly balanced geometry that reduces perceived weight. This feather-weight, 1.25oz design provides all-day comfort. The 500 Series integrates the Pilla signature “fork” temple tip made of a high performance rubber called Megol. The “fork” tip is easily adjusted by bending the tips to contour the shooters head. When properly adjusted the weight of the nose bridge is almost completely erased.
The 500 series is available in both a Mask version (560) and a dual lens option (580). The 540 model is a prescriptive-only option for athletes requiring high degree of prescriptive power or would like a frame geometry that is more traditional.
The 560 is a 6 Base frame fit with ColorTrast mask lenses by ZEISS. The frame is available in Stainless Steel or Carbon Fiber and is fully adjustable at the temple tip to contour to the head. Sold as a single complete pair of Performance Glasses.
The 580 is an excellent choice for the athlete looking for a more traditional design that is completely interchangeable. The 580 is fit with ColorTrast lenses by ZEISS. This is model is also available with full prescriptive lenses. Sold in a 2 or 3 lens kits.
The Stainless Fork option in the 540/580/560 is available as an interchangeable model. This is a heavy duty frame design. The fork temple suspends the front of the frame to lighten the felt weight on the nose for all day comfort.
The Carbon Fiber Fork is available in all 3 models, 540/560/580 but the Carbon Fiber frame with the 560 is sold as a complete pair of glasses. The Carbon fiber design is a super light weight options adding performance to the model range.
The 540/580 frame chassis is a fully optimized prescriptive solution. Unique to this design is a visual experience not found in any dual lens frame styles. This kit is put together for environments that are primarily bright to medium light.
50CV, 65CP, 70CY
This kit is put together for environments where light value is overcast or with heavier tree cover and the woods.
25CB, 85CY
This kit is called the high/low kit. This is a great 2 lens kit for full sun and low light.
45CO, 85CY
This bird kit will enhance small game color definition and provide 2 excellent lenses for all day use. The 45CO is a great lens for all day hunting and the 85CY is a must have when the light is coming up or going down in the field.
25CB, 50CV, 85CY
The game kit is a great all around field kit providing 3 lenses to cover from full sun to low light. This kit is equally effective on a variety of different game given the color filtration infused in the lenses is very vibrant across the entire visual color spectrum.
